There is no frigate like a book

هیچ ناوی چون کتاب

to take us lands away

ما را به دریاهای دور نتواند برد

nor any coursers like a page

و هیچ سمندی همچو برگی

of prancing poetry

از چکامه ای طرب انگیز

this traverse may the poorest take

اینک وسیله ای رایگان

without oppress of toll

برای گشت و کذار تنگدستان

how frugal is the chariot

وه چه کم بهاست

that bears the human soul

ارابه حامل روح انسان
